How did it get there? What is it's function? Sadly, I don't remember exactly where it is. I think it is in Wisconsin 45 miles south of the Middle of Nowhere. John and I saw the car after the Mona Lisa Barn and before Chatty Bell. There are no car dealerships near by, in fact there is nothing close by (were this Los Angeles or Boston this would be the perfect solution to the lack of parking spaces).

My friend Michael Merton, who grew up in Wisconsin, (see his website here) has put forward the following hypothesis. Apparently, there are many billboards that get erected and forgotten about. This was probably part of a larger billboard that fell down. I still think it has something to do with aliens but so far Michael has the best theory going.
